REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

The service was not delivered within the committed time frame.
Payment was deducted multiple times due to a technical glitch.
The assigned astrologer is unavailable and no alternative can be arranged.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of transaction. We reserve the right to assess and approve refund claims based on service history and fulfillment status.

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Personalized consultations, digital reports, or any downloadable content once delivered are non-refundable. Refunds will not be processed for services based on client expectations, emotional responses, or dissatisfaction with predictions or advice.
